1. Agreement

By using FBoomTool (the website, dashboard at app.fboomtool.app, and Chrome extension), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FBoomTool provides tools to schedule and publish posts to Facebook groups from your browser. The Chrome extension interacts with your active Facebook session. We do not store your Facebook password.

You are responsible for complying with Facebook Terms of Service and the rules of each group you post to.

3. Accounts and billing

You must provide accurate account information. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use FBoomTool for spam, illegal content, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law or Facebook policies.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer

FBoomTool is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific posting results, group reach, or account status on Facebook. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBoomTool shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
